To Students of Ichigaya Campus

 

Joho Cafeteria and PC Classrooms will be held respectively as the following schedules.

*Note:All time notations follow Japan Standard Time, same as below and others.

 

Opening Hours】(Fall Semester)

Please understand that schedule changes may occur from time to time according to the latest entrance rules of the university policy. 

Eating and drinking is strictly prohibited both in Joho Cafeteria and PC Classrooms. 

Also refrain from talking except for taking online classes to prevent virus infection. 

 

 

<Joho Cafeteria>

 

Oct.5th – Oct.25th (Monday to Friday)

<PC Classrooms>

※Please use Joho Cafeteria when out of the opening hours above.

※The classes in Ichigaya campus will start on 5th October. While the class is held in PC classroom, you can not use for self-study or attending online class.

※If you plan to use printing service, please go to Joho Cafeteria since On-demand printers are set there.

 

 

Required Procedures

First, you need to fill in the application form at the counter when entering/leaving Joho Cafeteria.

For PC Classrooms, please visit the counter of Ichigaya Joho Center(4F, Boissonade Tower, Open Monday to Friday 9:00‒17:00) to fill in the application form.

Then, please follow the staffs’ instructions for other details.

※Please check the latest entrance rules before coming to campus.

※Those who have a fever, etc. are not allowed to use our facilities.

Here’s the notice about Zoom and Cisco Webex Meetings for taking Online classes in Joho Cafeteria and PC Classrooms.

*The installation is required each time because all the PC on the campus will be initialized when it has been shutdown or restarted. 

*Please consider to bring your own headset as long as possible since the rental equipment may be out-of-stock.

*Our PC does not support Bluetooth-connected microphone or earphones. 

 

Other Information

Although we regularly conduct ventilation and equipment disinfection in Joho Cafeteria and PC Classrooms, all users are required to wear a mask and disinfect hands at the entrance in order to prevent infection. You can also use the mouse and headset you bring on your own for health consideration.
